  Early Break is a counselling, support and information service for young people aged 18 and under who may be experiencing problems relating to drug or alcohol use, or who may wish to find out accurate information about substances and their effects/risks.
  Referrals are taken direct from young people themselves, or from their parents/family members, or from someone else known to the client. This might be a friend, doctor, social worker, teacher or youth worker, for example. Referrals are usually dealt with within 24 hours of being received, unless it's a weekend or bank holiday.

  The Substance Misuse Service provides advice to drug users and their friends and relatives. They also have information about needle exchange schemes and safe disposal places.
