CV sessions

If you need help writing a CV (Curriculum Vitae) or a covering letter, or if you would just like help updating an old one, then come to the CV session which is on most Friday afternoons 2-4pm at Connexions on Broad Street in Bury. 

To check if there is a CV session this week, ask at Connexions reception on 0161 253 7733. If you need one to one support, or are in urgent need of a CV then it would be better to book as we can get very busy. BYV (Bury Young Voices)

In November 2007 a group for young people who were interested and enjoyed singing was set up to perform at Bury’s Holocaust Memorial Service. The group has continued to meet to learn new songs and develop their singing skills.

BYV sessions are in the centre of Bury at Connexions on Broad Street, and sessions are open to any young people who are interested. BYV is an informal, safe space for people to meet, socialise, relax and have fun developing their singing skills and take part in different activities.

Sessions are usually on Monday evenings 4.45-5.30pm.
