CV sessions

If you need help writing a CV (Curriculum Vitae) or a covering letter, or if you would just like help updating an old one, then come to the CV session which is on most Friday afternoons 2-4pm at Connexions on Broad Street in Bury. 

To check if there is a CV session this week, ask at Connexions reception on 0161 253 7733. If you need one to one support email or ring Hannah on youthservice@bury.gov.uk or 0161 253 7165 or you can ask at reception in Connexions by ringing 0161 253 7733.

There are various projects run throughout the year in Central Bury, most of them are held at Connexions Bury which is on Broad Street.

POG (Proud of Gayness)

POG is a support group for LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Questioning) young people in Bury. It is a safe space for young people who identify as LGBTQ to take part in fun activities, meet new people and access support.

The group usually meet the first and third monday of the month.
